Very disappointed that I can’t claim my monthly bonuses from Morrisons. As the only receipt I get from them is not what you need apparently. I get a pdf invoice showing the delivery date instead of the order date. I get nothing else and have spoken to Morrisons and they advise me that they don’t send emails only a pdf which you can download. It seems every time I submit a receipt there is always something wrong with it.

I was a member years ago and it was much better than it now is
I shall not be continuing my membership after this month as I don't think its worth the membership fee I am still waiting for my first month's bonus to be paid to my account and we have still not heard about 10% bonus from two recent transactions with sainsburys supermarket or my monthly bonus for March with a transaction with Odeon cinema.

I've used this service for years now and it's actually brilliant. It's also even simpler now than it was years ago.
You buy something and get at least 10% off each time when you visit the site you're buying from through complete savings page.. and the subscription fee is also refunded if you provide proof of a purchase each month.
It has saved me a lot of money tbh, and often I don't even bother chasing the monthly fee because I'm lazy and can't be bothered.. that's my fault.
It's certainly easy enough to use and once you get the hang of it you'll never buy anything again without checking it's available through complete savings.
I haven't provided a date that I used the service because like I said, I'm lazy with this stuff and don't know a date offhand.

This company has single handedly syphoned £216 from my account since last January with a regular charge of £15 which has now increased to £18. I, like many others do not remember signing up to this scam. However assume it was from a Trainline reward where my consent was ill informed and I was unaware of the subscription that would be later taken from my account. I want a refund for this service I didn't use, ask for or want.

Everything is good, it is excellent. I liked it & used it to the extent possible.
However, transactions are not getting registered automatically, and most of the time follow-up or an email is required to be sent; & not every time we receive a positive response.

I find it all too confusing. I put in a claim but it was rejected and I don't know why. I dont know what to do actually. Do you have an idiot proof guide?

Edit: okay thank you. Please take payment for this month also which was in the bank to be taken.

Edit: still not showing as pending you say the 10working days has been reset but you have not even changed the payments!!
Edit: I would like to remind you that the payment failed to be taken 7 times because my bank thinks you are scamming me so it blocks the payment.
You told me I would wait 10 working days from the day you took payment yet I still have not received my Cashback!
