"It’s takes too long to get paid out"
It’s takes too long to get paid out I think 10 working days which will alway include at least one weekend as well is too long my last payment of £25.95 was approved on 14th February and I’m told I’m likely to get paid on the 28th !

"Great deals & good support "
I like cashback offers on complete savings and mostly shop from its retailers. It's great platform for cashback and its support is also good.

"Decent cashback scheme"
Good cash back if making purchases at the eligible retailers online. Only catch is you have to make a transaction every month to claim back the subscription fee. Also most times it doesn’t auto trac the transactions and you have to make the purchase via the link from the Complete savings website always to get the cash back. Customer service at Complete Savings are prompt in responding to missing cashback transaction.

"Complete savings take way too long to…"
Complete savings take way too long to process a claim. It took nearly a month after my claim was approved, before it was paid. This is too long. Monthly bonus was approved 4/2/25 and I will receive the money tomorrow 25/2/25.
After receiving a reply from complete savings, I see that they seem to think it is acceptable to take 20 days from the beginning of my claim until payment, because..... it takes them so long to validate it, they can still claim to have paid within the 10 days specified.
11/3/25
I have now cancelled my subscription, after many phone calls and emails I continue to find the company unacceptable. Taking the following months payments before getting round to paying what they owed from the previous month.
I strongly advise against any and all dealings with Complete Savings.

"Complete Savings has changed!"
Customer service is good if you can take the time to phone them. Sending request through email seems to result in them looking for reasons to deny the claim for cashback. Replies vary from being quite patronising to very uninformed. I’ve been with Complete Savings now for six years but had to change accounts recently and monthly cashback is no longer available from other merchants besides the merchant to sign up for. Hard to say if it’s worth it for the trouble. Many apps like Trainline for example, do not register with Complete Savings which means sending in a request for missing transaction. This results in lots of back-and-forth, unfortunately.
