The amount is getting slower and slower, and it takes several days for the cashback amount after purchase to appear in the account. It will take several working days for the amount to be verified as usable. The withdrawal review of available funds takes another 10 working days, and it takes 10 working days from approval to transfer. The entire process takes half a month, which is too inefficient compared to the beginning.

Joke Company, my 15 year old daughter was scammed into this while buying her sister a birthday card. She doesn't check her bank account very often so 2 payments were taken before she realised...Be careful, they must have 1000's of people cancelling once they realise what they have done.. what a great company that is basically trying to get a minimum of £18 from you before you realise and cancel the thing...

I had no idea I was even on this scheme until I noticed two payments of £18 had been taken from my bank via my card how does this company get away with taking money from a persons account without you agreeing anything with them?? I ordered a pizza from domino's one time and tried to get money back around £10 never got any money back and have lost around £36 to this so called company and if this is the reason why my account has had money taken at no point have I had any notification saying I've signed or agreed to having £18 a month stolen basically from my account you order a pizza from domino's you get offered a chance to get some money back you don't get anything back then they start helping themselves to£18 a month from your bank using your card details absolute crooks!!! The typical response has been received from them as you can see regardless of that avoid this company at all costs because it ends up costing you!!!!

Shocked to notice £18 a month being taken from account so must have been tricked at some juncture , no communication or emails etc just a surreptitious removal of £18 a month from my bank account for I know not what.

Seems that this was fronted by an Asda Ad banner , best to avoid altogether rather than miss the small print ,i wont be conned again , god knows how manner others do not pick up on this . Lesson learned .

I have no idea how I ended up being billed £18 other than finding out whilst doing a VAT return. This is FRAUD, I can see no benefit and have not, as stated before, completed a form to join knowing that I would pay £18 per month. Companies who connect with Complete Savings will probably get some kind of kick back but they should be ashamed to be associated with this scam.

As a follow on, I worked out that this was linked to parking at Gatwick. I vaguely remember seeing a link for cash back but didn't do anything with it. I have called the customer service department at Complete Savings who said they would refund 3 out of the 4 payments immediately and refund the forth payment on completion on a form which they will post.

They state that I would have completed an application form to join but I don't believe that was the case. I think they pull the information from the Gatwick Parking site including the payment details.

I am clearly not alone in finding myself in this position and although Complete Savings are looking to refund my money I still see this as a scam, legal or not.

BEWARE! I am not the only one who has fallen into thier trap. I am amazed that they get away with it. Gatwick Airport and others should be ashamed of being involved in these dodgy practices but I am sure that take their share of the profits from ripping people off.

i signed up and claimed my £20 reward. i then made a second purchase to claim a further £18. This is where the fun starts-initially the claim for £20 was credited into my online complete savings account and the £18 refused, after several e-mails the £18 was then credited and the £20 credit removed. I cannot be bothered with anymore toing and froing so I cancelled my account, hopefully no further monthly payments

Agree with below - this is an automated 3rd party which is a bit crafty since you've already signed up to them before you realise you're in some monthly contract....but they did fully refund me and explain this is in the terms (which I never read properly)...so although sneaky getting you in I'm happy that they didn't just blow me off like other companies do.

This is complete garbage and misleading, it makes you think you are going to save money on your shop , when really they are taking £18 a month from you , every time i create an order with Asda etc this garbage comes up , I don’t want to pay £18 a month for your rubbish

When I order from Asda, a complete savings pop up box appears stating, I can save £20 on my Asda order underneath there is a big tab with UNLOCK CASH BACK, many people click this because it’s there before the small print below which states it costs £18 a month , this makes it misleading , the cost of £18 a month should be displayed in bigger letters above the UNLOCK CASH BACK TAB , that way people will see that there is a monthly fee for this
