"I am impressed "
I have found complete savings really good. It covers a large number of companies and you do get your subscription and 10 % back.
The only thing I am unsure of is when the next month starts . Is it a month after you join or from the 1st of the month ?

"Be careful of offers of cash back"
Complete Savings have apparently flagged my previous review for containing harmful or illegal content which I dispute, but my review appear to have been taken offline.
To put it simply, Complete Savings is a membership subscription website that draws in online purchasers with a promise of cash back for their most recent as well as future purchases and entice them to provide their bank/credit card details. Whilst the cashback may indeed be real, they do not make it obvious that they will take subscription fees every month thereafter. This was my experience after I had made a purchase from AppliancesDirect. When I closed their website, a window came up offering cash back. Click on that window and I am in a web site requesting my bank/credit card details of where the cashback should be sent to. .
Web based subscription companies take advantage of lax rules allowing them to set themselves up to receive regular payments once they have your bank/credit card details under the "recurring payment" system operated by banks, credit companies and payment intermediaries.
How Complete Savings and other web based subscription companies operate is not yet illegal and current FCA guidelines on membership subscriptions are very vague. However, the entire web based subscription system is under consideration by the government, with a consultation that has just ended.
In the meantime, anyone who makes a purchase on line should be careful that they are not subsequently enticed into unwittingly signing up to a long term subscription membership for the sake of a cashback which may end up being less than the subsequent subscription fees. Having said that, there are some positive reviewers who have benefitted from Complete Savings membership but even they point out that it is hard work to keep track of time limits and to operate the cash back scheme successfully.

"Scam"
I had never heard of this company before but noticed a pending payment in my account for £18 to this company. I have never signed up for this service and I have never filled in any forms or ticked any T&Cs or provided my bank details. I don’t understand how this company can do this - I am shocked! I have emailed them now to request a refund. This is super dodgy and I hope I will get my money back asap!

"Free money - what's not to like!"
I love complete savings it pays me free cash for stuff I was buying anyway. It covers shops I actually use for so many things (eBay!) I have to set myself a monthly reminder to claim my monthly fee back other wise I forget to claim it and that is annoying but the help desk are good about repayments as well. I'm up to £800+ cash back so far. Don't know why everyone doesn't do it.

"Complete scam"
Complete scam. Untrustworthy by taking money from credit card using small print to hide their intentions. Money is out of the account before email confirmation.

"As i have had to say many times…"
As i have had to say many times before,I have had to push to get an item from some retailers who do not confirm the purchase,One Wowcher does not appear to get its purchase recognised by complete savings,so will not use them.I have saved a considerable amount of money through complete savings, but find it frustrating at times, does also appear to take some time to get paid than before
