I have been with CS for a long time now and have over 5k of payments returned to me. The system has gone more automated with claiming your monthly bonus which is an improvement but on this return transaction £167.00 it said it would take 10 days but by the time it went through the system it was nearly double. I actually got asked how did we do which is this before I received the money. All in all if you keep on top of the account this is something for nothing.
