"Exceptional Experience"
I can only reiterate 5 star previous comments.I had also discovered that I had unknowingly signed up to Complete Savings approx 3 years ago and again on speaking to customer services they very much to my surprise arranged for a full refund. I maintain I had no idea how I joined the scheme so, in this day & age for CS to act in such a fair and highly customer focused manner was an absolute delight.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!????CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!???
Scammed by taking money £18 for a subscription not signed up for.
CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!??????CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!!???
Emailed them separately with same membership number and now cancelled.
However this company appears on TRUST PILOT several occasions with this recurring situation.

"Comparing to other cash back sites available this one is A grade!"
I have done a number of reviews of Complete savings in the past and although there has been a few odd issues here and there generally most of the time especially more so recently in the last 2 years, not only has there service has got mega better but the payments have been even faster for purchases like my recent one for example of buying a new phone. Very quickly after buying the item; tracked; and then pay-out was swift without any intervention. Bear in mind there cashback amounts are generally around 10% or more it really does help cover costs over time with day to day and 1 off expenses. Comparing to other cash back sites available this one is A grade! You can defo make this work for you!

"Disgusting service"
Disgusting service, I purchased something from Debenhams and they claimed i signed up for subscription! Never heard of them and never wanted to have anything to do with them. No emails with confirmation or anything suggesting that I signed up to anything! Only after I dispute with my bank suddenly they sent me first ever email about their existence because I reported it to the bank and they cancelled it for me.
Disgusting
Shame on you
You are misleading people and sneakily charge.
As I have checked other reviews now it is clear to me that your service is misleading. So do not try to tell me that I filled in information and knew I was signing up like you telling in replied to others.
I had no idea I signed up to anything and you tell me if you sign up people to your service why there was no email at any point telling me that I am a membership with you. For a obvious reasons you don't do that, because it is a dirty service feeding on tricking people in to it.
And let me be clear again.
If I knew I signed up for something I would not be here doing this review.
Update:
You lie. First email i ever received from your company was when I notified bank about fraud.
I'm not wasting anymore of my time discussing anything with you because clearly you stealing from people through the loop.
And the fact that you trying to report my experience with you as defamatory content its disgusting. You are well train i can see to mislead people and cover up by trying to mute people speaking up about your service.

"Scam"
I woke up today and complete savings has taken €18 out of my account. I did not sign up to this and want my money back.

"A must buy subscription"
For online shoppers, it is a must buy subscription.
It saves a lot of money without one even realising and it is absolutely free if you carry out at least one transaction per month.

Very worthwhile scheme if you are prepared to go through the hoops.
To access the savings on the selection of suppliers, one must first clear cookies in your browser to ensure that the Complete Savings website can track your spending. Secondly, the online shops must be accessed via the links on the Complete Savings site.
To access the monthly bonus which is effectively what pays back the monthly fee, you just need need to spend the money as normal on the website that first gave you access to Complete Savings (mine is Ebay) then upload a pdf of the order confirmation with details as specified on the Complete Savings website. I just go to the eBay order details, view printable version and print it as a pdf. I then put my membership number, name and item at the front of the filename before dragging and dropping it on the Complete Savings website.
