"As a follow up to the previous review"
As a follow up to the previous review, Complete Savings eventually wrote to me after 2 weeks after a temporary suspension (at no fault of mine) saying that they wanted some ID verification- such as passport, driving licence, personal address and bank statement. This is for a online cashback company! So why don't Quidco and TopCashBack need this information as well! Honestly, it is such a stressful company to deal with...AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

"Unsure if I can give zero stars"
Unsure if I can give zero stars. Complete scam. I never signed up to this service knowingly or willingly, I have no idea how they got any of my payment details or my email, and they took payment without any email notification of any sort. I was actually speaking to Santander to report my card being stolen as I know I would never have signed up for this, so I really don’t know how I ended up paying for a subscription. Scummy company. From what I’ve read they take card details from other payments such as buying gig tickets and you’ll be signed up without even knowing it. £40 down the drain for 2 months membership I didn’t know I had. Disgraceful, this should be illegal

"CompleteSavings shows the importance of reading the fine print at the bottom of the mail."
Was introduced to CompleteSavings by a cash back offer on the odeon website, no idea what it was then thought it was an Odeon customer loyalty program initially. When I signed up I saw it was a separate login. I saw nothing on the Odeon website that mentioned the monthly charge, if I had I would not have signed up. I will acknowledge that the monthly charge was included in the sign up mail but only way at the bottom.
Didn’t see the monthly charge until I had been charged the first month then cancelled it. Well CompleteSavings you got me for £18 I guess. Companies like CompleteSavings are the reason you have to carefully read the long emails.

"This is actually saving us money"
This is actually saving us money. Took a little while to figure out how best to use and a couple of purchases have not been accepted due to individual retailers conditions so be careful you read carefully before making purchases. Money has been paid out as promised so far. If you work your bonus properly you will always get your monthly fee back and from then on anything else is a saving.

I couldn’t get my cash back even the item I bought is at my home. They claimed I was buying on behalf of others so rejected my Cashback.

"Shady payout practices "
Tracks well but I got screwed over by purchases made in Feb that magically all became due for payment together with some march I paid and put me over my 250 limit so I missed out on money I was expecting and had factored into my purchase prices. Payment is also slow.

"Works as stated - pretty good"
Works as stated, good rewards, all the time and on most retailers.
