"Not safe"
After giving my card details (except for the security code ) as asked by the website. Within 2 days someone had tried using my card details online but had got the security code wrong. Coincidence or dodgy employee ? I have got a lot of security apps on my phone and this is the only time I gave my card details over. Cancelled my account and froze my card. Not happy

"Dont waste your time…"
I was informed after making a purchase and then sending the proof of purchase via email that I had successfully earned my monthly bonus of £18. Then while waiting for a while, questioning why it hadn't gone in, I then try to log into my account to see a message telling me that my account had been suspended. No email or anything to tell me. I had to find out by logging in by chance.

Most of the cashbacks were successful.
The only 2 retailer differences noticed:
Made 2 same product transactions from Royal Mint, but only one qualified for cashback.
Ali Express cashback never matches the correct cashback % od the total amount. Only some products qualify.
Overall great platform to save. Thanks to the Complete Saving Team.

"Taking money away from a suspended account"
My account was temporary suspended right after I signed up and they asked me to email them my ID. But I did not do it since I thought I would not use it much.
Now, a month later the subscription fee was withdrawn from my account. Had to contact my bank to replace my card.

Be aware !
I have noticed that have been charged last two months 18£ and then another 11 months with 15£ without even noticing !!!
After I have called their customer service they said cannot give me information how I have subscribed for this and would cancel my membership, if I like.
Furthermore, I have insisted to refund me for the whole 13 months ! Refund should arrive in 3,5 working days, if not will leave another review! Be careful, what websites you visit, whenever you order any food, or anything
The interesting part is on my banking app does not show it as a direct debit and if you do not check your statements regularly won’t even notice ….

"Beware of Complete savings "
I noticed today on my bank statement that I have been getting charged £18 per month so cancelled. I spoke to customer service and they said that I have been paying since 2016 (£15 per month and 95 payments came off which is £1,425) and I need to submit a claim to get a refund for a service I never used. I have no idea what this subscription is. This is a lot of money and I am very upset!!

"Sytematic stratergy for ripping off customers "
For over 9-months I have been forwarding my booking confirmations from Trainline, but complete savings will not give cashback.
No explanation, my requests have simply been ignored.
Never given me a response on the numerous times I have raised it.
I quit.
