"Complete savings is a great way to…Getting money back"
Complete savings is a great way to save. As long as I follow their rules of making my purchase though the app or their website, I get at least 10% money back into my account. I recommend this company 100% should you want to get money back on your purchases.

Great way to earn from every day purchases. Over the years it has become much easier to claim the monthly bonus. Very highly recommended.

"Not always straightforward to receive cashback. …"
Easy to use but can also be challenging when using a comparison site through complete savings! When the comparison site uses a company not listed on complete savings I have to screenshot the comparison site before going through to the booking company and then submit both the screenshot and the confirmation email to receive cash back.

"No welcome refund. BEWARE !!!"
This company states a welcome refund of £20.87 once you have completed and paid for your second shop. I did this and sent receipts but was told no. Just be aware of this if you register. I am still trying to get my welcome refund after spending £130 at Iceland.

"Unexpected charge on my daughter's account."
I've previously reviewed Complete Savings but they had my review removed so I'll try again. Complete savings unwittingly sign people up via a cashback offer offer on other retailers website. You might see an offer after you check-out and see "You've earned £20.47 cashback". It's designed to make you think it's related to the transaction you've just made, but in reality you are signing up to separate savings scheme charging £18 a month.
My 16 year old daughter, made this mistake and the first we knew about it was when the charges were made on her account. Thankfully Revolut are wise to this (presumably because they have had lots of chargebacks) and blocked the transation. But it was repeatedly tried again. This also led to her bankcard being suspended when she was abroad and needed it urgently.
In their reply to the previous review "Complete Savings" claimed that my 16 year old daughter should have read the terms and conditions and not have clicked because she was under 18.
Further research has also revealed that Martin Lewis has featured and complained about the company to the ASA forcing them to remove ads. I don't think I can post a link here, simply google "Martin Lewis Complete Savings".
All in all, this was an extremely poor experience from a company with a history of the misleading consumers and the trustpilot score to prove it.
