Recently I purchased Sainsbury groceries through the complete savings website but my cashback was being rejected. This is my third/ fourth time purchasing Sainsbury from complete savings website and process as usual. However, the cashback was being rejected unreasonably.

"Great Savings, But Room for Improvement"

I’ve been using Complete Savings for a while and have generally found it helpful for earning cashback on everyday purchases. The platform offers a good variety of retailers and categories, making it easy to find relevant offers.

However, I believe there’s room for improvement in their earnings interface. It could be more detailed and user-friendly to help track cashback earnings and payments more effectively. Additionally, the process for withdrawing earnings could be significantly faster. It takes longer than expected for the funds to reach my bank account, which can be frustrating.

I also preferred the old system where earnings were sent automatically every month. It was much more convenient and eliminated the need to manually request withdrawals.

Despite these areas for improvement, Complete Savings remains a good platform for saving money, especially for regular online shoppers. I hope they take feedback into account to enhance the user experience further.

Really like the updated website and the improvements in claiming monthly bonus. i.e, cutting out a rather laborious process of re-entering all the purchase details, and the frugal allowance for attachment sizes etc. Thank you Complete savings.

"Absolutely crap"

Absolutely crap. Only shows cashback into their account.
After setting account details, transferred funds but nothing arrived to bank account.

Contacted customer service. They asked for bank statement. Provided. No response afterwards.

Cannot recommend this crap.

For some retailers the cashback calculated is very confusing and not sure if correct. But indeed a very good platform to get good cashback on most of your shopping. Small amounts adds up over time.
