"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. I haven't received any cashback for 6 months, even though I sent a purchase confirmation with all the necessary details every time. Total waste of time and zero profits. Even if they give you 10% cashback, this amount will be taken away from your balance soon. I had a purchase on Lastminute.com website for £754.56 and on the 27th September I received the cashback of £75.45. A few days ago I've seen that on 18th January (almost 4 months after receiving cashback) they took away my cashback of £75.45 from my balance without any explanation. The purchase was made according to the terms and conditions. I have read the special terms before the purchase and I haven't used any voucher codes for this transaction. I used my personal redemption code which was included in my Travel Extra Pack that I bought on my last trip with them. I've contacted them in this case and of course they refused to pay cashback again.

I told my friends about it and they said that they have exactly the same problem. Their cashback has not been paid even once since July-August last year.

I cannot recommend membership in this company to anyone because in my opinion this company is a scam. I've just cancelled my membership and so did my friends.

Clickbait - BEWARE when booking flights: it somehow enabled this organisation to take around £450 from my account over a period of 2y. WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE!

"It's a no brainer, sign up and save money"

I've been a member for a few years now (it was previously shopper discounts and rewards). Once you understand how it works it's a no brainer to use this website. I always claim my £15 monthly fee back through a purchase with any of the retailers, and there are many big brands that I spend money with all the time so that's easy. Everything after that is a bonus. Getting 10% of holidays I book is the big winner. Or when I need to buy a TV or washing machine etc. I'd buy it in Currys anyways, so I just order through the website and get 10% back. So easy. But also all the little purchase on Ebay etc they all add up. Oh and also I get a £100 One 4 all gift card for £80 each month. I've saved so much money - just by being mindful of clicking through to a retailer website through the Complete Savings website.

I got a link saying if I bought another item with see tickets, I would get £18 or something like that cashback. I bought another ticket straight away and never receieved it. Tried to claim it and was refsued without any reason, even though the refusal said I would get the reasons in 24 hours. Do not be conned as it is a waste of time.

Scam. Bought tickets for the Royal Highland show using my debit card. Never told they would be removing £18 from my bank account every month. I would not have signed up had I known. Was never told this, otherwise I would not have entertained it. A small monthly fee would have been ok, but not this. Earned nothing. Beware!

I sent numerous emails and calls for update but was total scam. Recvd nothing. Every call kept telling me different things to do and in the end gave up trying. Account became inactive and nothing they could do resolve my original query

Sneaky. .. this site attempted to take 18€ from my bank account. Luckily the bank identified it as a suspicious payment and stopped it. On review I discovered my details were taken by this site in some underhanded way and I was signed up to a monthly subscription. I certainly did not agree to pay over €200 a year for whatever this is.

I am very disturbed to find out you have been charging / attempting to charge my 17 year old £18.99 per month. She has no knowledge of it. Upon reading many of the other comments within here I can see why. I dont know the member ID and neither does my daughter.....I look forward to be being able to address this soonest. EVEN worse I have just seen you have attempted 3 times in the past 14 day alone......

I brought 2 pairs of trousers from chums and they said get £20+ of next order the next thing I know after checking my bank I have sign up to complete savings at £18 per month ended up changing my bank card as I thought it it was a scam I want nothing to do with this company l am a OAP and this should be on rip off Briton

I had no idea or recollection of agreeing to sign up to this! I just discovered I have been giving this company £18 per month for several months now. I have just sent an email to cancel it and hope they will not ignore my request and act on it immediately
