"Signed up without knowing "
Signed up without knowing after buying a railcard which was on offer from O2. After buying the railcard a link opened offering me £21.50 cashback from complete save which I clicked to accept has I thought it was part of the offer.
Unknowingly to me like many others I was conned out of £18 per month until I noticed it showing on my bank statement.
I do not remember filling in my details all I can think is they took my details from the application for the railcard.
I would appreciate a full refund due to been unwilling signed up for something I did not want.
Reading reviews this company as conned thousands out of people and all seem to have fell foul and do not remember signing up.

"Great website"
Great website, never had any issues with them, the cashbacks are paid fairly frequently and you can easily see the status of any transactions you have made via their website. I must have saved around £2k using this cashback website though I have been a member for quite some time. Reading through the reviews, just to clarify yes there is a monthly membership fee of £18 however you get it back as long as you make ANY transaction for ANY amount and send them an email. That's it. If someone is complaining about the monthly subscription fee it only means they did not read properly how the website works prior to signing up. It is a shame because they do deserve higher score. Highly recommend it.

"This is a scam they take £18 a moth…"
This is a scam they take £18 a moth from your account ! so if they want to help why they dont take their cut from the saving i think is much easier you save me for example £100 take your 10% from that why should customers pay a monthly fee
Just a scam should be shut down your site and your business !!

"Misleading Charges & Terrible Customer Service"
I recently discovered an **unauthorised charge** on my account from Complete Savings for a membership I never knowingly signed up for. Their sign-up process is deceptive, and it seems designed to trick customers into subscribing without clear consent.
When I contacted customer service, I received a **generic, dismissive response from Raul**, who failed to address my concerns properly. Not only did he ignore my request for a full explanation of how my details were obtained, but he also **incorrectly addressed me**, despite me clearly stating my correct title. This lack of attention to detail and professionalism is unacceptable.
I requested **proof of my alleged sign-up, account details, and a refund**, yet they continue to delay and avoid giving straight answers. It is clear that they rely on misleading practices to take money from unsuspecting customers.
I have now escalated my complaint and reported them to the relevant consumer protection authorities. **Avoid this company at all costs**—their business model is based on trickery, and their customer service is appalling.

"Excellent Customer Service!"
I signed up and unknowingly became a member though I didn't use any benefits, I had been paying a monthly fee since 2023, so I requested a refund. Customer service were extremely understanding and helpful and they managed to confirm I'll be getting a full refund in less than a week.
I am happy with their responsiveness and great help including by email and on here, Trustpilot.
The actual membership though, if you are one who travels a lot and/or shops out often, I would recommend signing up, good way to save money/get cashback at a glance and it seems to mainly have benefits catered to that kind of demographic.

"customer service hopeless again"
As I have had to report previously, CS are again being painfully slow to respond to help requests. As so often, I have an issue with a gift card purchased as part of my CS membership benefit. As usual I have tried BHN who are CS's gift card provider. BHN have told me to contact the gift card provider. I have notified CS. I have been waiting 5 days for them to respond. I really wanted to spend that gift card today! VERY FRUSTRATING

"I have read a story similar to mine"
I have read a story similar to mine, I have never filled out a form on this page to register, it must be some link associated with another page because I had never heard of this company in my life until I saw that they have charged me £18 for several months, I don't even want to know how long they have been charging me for something I have never wanted.

"Having made a complaint to complete…"
Having made a complaint to complete savings I have just received a full refund of my membership subscriptions.
I wish to thank the company for listening to my complaint and for my reimbursement.

"Dodgy Dealings"
Hello. This site is very misleading.
I received a message from my bank this morning telling me I had a £18.00 deduction from my account. Phoned it in as fraud but was told I'd been paying out since 3rd October 2024????. For what ??. I cancelled my so called membership straight away.
I have NOT agreed to this membership and see from similar experiences on here that I'm not alone .
No savings have been made, just £72.00 taken from me.
I will be investigating this further abd demand my money back
Update 3/1/2024.
I phoned this company up and explained the situation. Apparently when I brought a cinema ticket I subscribed for future savings with them. Totally unaware of that but they have refunded 3 payments with the 4th repayment to follow when I complete a quick survey of my experience
Final thoughts on this.......read the small print whilst eating your popcorn 🍿 🤣

"I didn’t have a clue there was an £18 a…"
I didn’t have a clue there was an £18 a month subscription to this.whenever I use Toolstation on their app an advert for complete savings pops up. I most definitely would not have signed up to a saving site that charges £18 a month! Luckily I noticed after a couple of months. But it cost me £36 for absolutely no benefit whatsoever 🤦♂️🤬
You can spout all you want about savings and so on. I and many others have not been made immediately aware there is an £18 a month fee! And you took £18 x 2. And yes it is cancelled but you still got £32 for nothing. And when I cancelled it what happened to the money it showed I had saved? Cause I certainly did not receive it.
