Complete savings makes it seem like they are giving you £18.00 but, with the £18.00 they deduct from yr bank there are no benefits unless a person remembers to go through their website. No comeback or help if you dont. And you have to remember to send receipts in for other bits.
If you use their listed stores - all good for you!

I've signed up after seeing the cashback option after buying a ticket from trainline. However I did not know there was a subscription related with the cashback. I saw a fee withdrawn from my bank account on 22th of Jan. I cancelled my subscription would like a refund.
Update: The cashback refund was during the free trial period. And it was the refund advertised on the trainline pop up which made me sign up. I did not get any other reward. Your response is misleading.
