"I didn't sign up + they charged twice each month"

Unfortunately, after 6 months of charges, I noticed that I received two identical monthly charges from an unknown subscription. Immediately, I contacted them, and they informed me I started my subscription with a Debenhams purchase (with definitely I was misguided because I never approved any subscription from £18). However, they couldn't justify that they have been charging TWICE each month. I hope to receive a refund of this unwanted service and the wrong double charges

I rent a car through Complete safe with Holiday autos. Cash back said They acknowledge it but Monthly bonus did not. I bought and paid for it and it’s my email address but put my husband as the main driver. Should he then also be a member and pay as well out of one household?

Feel like I was scammed. I was conned into signing up with them after making a purchase, saying I qualified for £25 cash back if I made a 2nd purchase from the same seller (TOOLSTATION) So in short after signing up giving bank information for the cash back I made the 2nd purchase and applied sent in receipts and proof of purchase’s then I waited. Today received an email that I no longer qualify for any cash back.
Beware they scammed me out of my bank details. Please everyone avoid this crooked company.

If you are like me travelling a lot then Complete Savings website is a great way to get some of your money back. Unfortunately sometimes funds are not properly traced and customer support will either ignore your requests to verify or just make things up to make you stop asking. Maximum £250 cashback a month is too low, and everything above that will be taken by the website. Despite some of those negative experiences I still recommend it to anyone for either daily shopping, travelling or anything else. And remember it will cost you nothing if you remember to claim monthly bonus.
