Was charged £18 on my card, they have a very snidy way of making you unknowingly sign up, which they claim to make "very clearly". However upon going back to the sites sign up menu, there is a unnoticable small piece of text which then informs you about the subscription after 30 days. Their replies to everyone here are false, as they DO NOT make it clear.

Makes sense, since when I asked for a refund I got it approved immediately. They know what they're doing, avoid at all costs.

This company cons you into “ signing up” to their “ rewards” program on the back of purchasing theatre tickets through Seetickets without actually telling you they have done this.
Then when you try to cancel the account they charge you £54 for the privilege despite the fact that you never agreed to it in the first place. SCAM company. AVOID!

Replying to Complete savings:
We have spoken to someone on the phone. Told them we signed nothing. Have NO membership number that I can find! Cancelled said membership and was charged £54 for the privilege. Absolutely useless “ customer service!”

They can through a very clever method lure you into signing up for a saving scheme that is not very transparent and are charging you £18 per month which you may have not been fully aware of.
The worrying part is that some so called reputable companies are allowing them to use their website as a platform for these companies to operate from and as a result so many costumer have fallen in this trap and being charged £18 / month.
I do not have any recollection of signing up for this scheme but somehow they have my personal and card details and now a recurring charge is appearing on my account.
These type of online scheme are becoming more common and sophisticated which is in no way benefiting the customers but surely these companies are benefiting from it greatly.
I have tried to contact them through email and phone but they have not returned my emails or phone call.
The main company is Webloyalty Sarl Nyon which is seemingly based in Switzerland and is impossible to get to them either.
Be very aware of these scheme as it can cost you more than it can save you money

I have sent an email in this regard to the requested email.
Could you kindly provide a copy of the form that you allege that I have filled in with my signature etc. And it is suggested that it was a cashback claim attached to this form. In that case could you provide evidence of the cashback given to me please. Furthermore could you provide a confirmation email that you allege that it was sent to me which indicate that I have signed up for this program.
If you cant provide any of the above then I believe this could be part of a large scale scam program which could have a serious legal consequence.

Complete and utter rip off, they swear I clicked their button for discounts and 'free cash back' when I bought pizza's from Dominos!!!

I have informed them that I have never bought a pizza from Dominos and have the bank statements to prove it.

Add to that their system should show that even though they took 3 months of £18 for my 'membership' I had never once used their services!!

My membership has been cancelled and I believe I am getting a fund, so at least they are decent in that respect.

It's a scam.Don't have anything to do with them.Apparently based in Switzerland so not subject to UK laws and regulations.I don't believe the positive reviews on here.They are crooks.

I did not fill out any form to join your scheme, and you need to refund my money as I did not give consent for the charge.

Scammed out of £198 taking money from a minors bank account which we have just noticed .
Asked for return of these funds visa fraud team.
Having googled them seems they link pop ups to dominoes / moon pig and various other sites and its click bait which sadly my child did not see .
Having an account review we noticed these odd amounts .
Complete scam a site a child wouldn’t ever go on . We are awaiting return of the money from visa and have had to suspend all banking .
Be careful it’s £18 pcm being taken dishonestly by this company .

My child has an impairment so only noticed on an audit .
