I have on going problem with regard to cashback and Monthly bonus which has been paid to my bank account which has been closed for few years ago. They don't seem to sort out my payments.

I have been using Complete Savings for a long time. But recently I am disappointed as my cashback is no longer generated automatically. I have to request almost each and every cashback transaction and often I forget. However, still 3 stars as I do save money with the cashback, particularly on train tickets.

Its a hit and miss. I took the trial period. All of my purchases from toolstation were missed and i do not have access to the site to send receipts if purchases i made during trial period. Dont think its worth the hassle. Will avoid reactivating
