"Beware of the fraudulent site Complete…"

Beware of the fraudulent site Complete Savings. It pops up after booking a movie ticket, and if you click on it, you unknowingly get signed up. They started charging me £18 monthly without sending any email or notification, and I only realized after two months. This feels like a complete scam. When I contacted their customer service to cancel and request a refund, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Avoid at all costs!"

Now to your response, I did not enter my card details at all and how did it find?? The question you should answer. And and you customer care rep confirmed it to me that you have terms with odean and you just carried my details from their site! To me its a scam but your will defend well with your corporate words. You responses are so unapologetic, this shows what you are!! I regret

Tried to fraud my bank account by taking money without my knowledge 2x. SCAM.

I did not join at any time.

There is NO email address of mine associated with you're company. I will not give you any details at all.

I did not sign up for this I must have been hacked or somethinf and they have taken £18 oit of my account
After seeing other reviews I can see they don’t give the money back despite being so dodgy

"Filthy SCAM"

Filthy SCAM. Their tactics for winning customers are sneaky and confusing even to switched on users. My mother has dementia and has, in essence, signed up twice thinking she is completing her order from Iceland. It has cost her 6 payments of £18 so far and though I've cancelled the payments and reported them to the bank I don't expect to see a penny back.

I know this will result in a long winded excuse from the company below but if they were working fairly then so many people wouldn't be getting caught out.

Up there with virus, malware, fake accounts, DOS attacks, ransomware, popups....what I call internet cancer.

Stop cheating vulnerable people. I hope you can't sleep at night.

"Cashback site that works"

I ran into Complete savings website whole buying a railcars, got a fantastic cash back of 20 pounds, making my railcars literally free. Decide to try out few other sites as well, the cash back tracking works seamlessly and was able to earn and withdraw cash back to my account too. Highly recommended.

"CONNED"

I never signed up .... after checking my bank account 28.12.24 I noticed £18 gone from it and taken by complete save. I contacted them immediately and received an email cancelling my account (What account?????) and a refund receipt. Although refunding the amount is still showing as 'pending' on my bank account so if I drop down dead they will get the £18 supposedly owing (pending). Can't ring them as I am hard of hearing and their customer service is dire.

Where and when did I manually sign up?? Refund acknowledged so why is it still appearing as 'pending' on my bank account statement on 10.01.2025 .... maybe my bank is questionable too! Tried getting an answer from then and they are giving me anything but.

Anyway, I'll continue to wait to see the application I have supposedly manually signed into...

Never signed up to this service - I do not use such services and certainly do not sign up to ones that ask for a subscription. They've been quietly taking my money for 18 months. Only started getting emails recently. I demanded a full refund of all moneys paid and to be fair to them they have complied promptly. Hence the 3 stars, originally it was one star. I keep all my old emails and never had any notification of signing up or notifications of payments/receipts.

"Much improved but watch your step"

I have used CompleteSavings over the past few years and recommend it to those who are in control of their finances. If you are regularly spending money online and in the shops the cashback can be a very welcome windfall, but if you just sign up to get the welcome bonus and don't manage the account you will end up losing £18 each and every month until you wake up and cancel. I don't know whether there has been a change in management at CompleteSavings but the customer service is much brighter and improved but it still costs £18 a month which can be an expensive way to earn a couple of quid in cashback a month.
