did not receive my order i made using the WOWCHER platform.i feel ive been scammed.

Went into liquidation after taking my order and payment never received my order or money back.

Never received my garden furniture, they also never refunded me.

Bought item then they went bust and had to reclaim my money via credit card company.

After ordering items for my garden and looking forward to the delivery, the company went bust! Had to then fight the credit card company to get my money back - thankfully sorted and I'm not £1200 out of pocket.

No communication late delivery, ended up cancelling through credit card

I never got my furniture as you went into liquidation!!

Company has gone bust, total lack of communication and absolutely no customer service.
No notification Out & Out had gone into receivership, learnt about on a Facebook page!
No professionalism whatsoever!

You do know this company is no longer trading!!!!
Took money, did not deliver goods, ceased trading.
