I have previously ordered garden furniture from out and out 3 years ago and the process was fine albeit slightly slow delivered.
This ordering experience of a parasol was completely different. Having made the order the courier company sent a cryptic email stating my order could not be delivered and I should contact Out and out. Their phone line doesn't ring though to anyone and there is no response to emails. I have had my refund processed by the credit card company. Avoid.

Disgusted , crap service, no keeping you up to date . And now after emailing them I get a awful email back saying they have gone bust . Good job I used my credit card . I am absolutely livid about this on top of my husband being given devastating news that he has terminal lung cancer.

Same as a lot of folk, ordered a chest of drawers, 20/7, decided not right, cancelled 22/7, long before delivery date, got a confirmationn email from an Albert Reyes on the 26/7 saying refund within 7-15 days, no refund as of mid-august. Despite constant emails, and no point in calling as do not answer (in any case think now gone into administration). Have contacted my credit card company who are starting refund procedures. ALWAYS BUY USING CREDIT CARD, NOT DEBIT CARD. Credit card company offer easist way to get refund, without the stress of chasing cowboy companies like this.

The email reply after 3 months of chasing for garden furniture which never arrived.
Yet, Andre Schoenmakers and Daniel Fairburn (director/CEO) have active companies and good amount of wealth between them. Such as a car dealership etc.
It would be good to have a full refund.
Unfortunately a really bad scam and don’t buy this product via B&Q.

Terrible from start to finish, I did read reviews before I purchased from the company and most places have a mix of good and bad. This time I wish I had gone more with the bad.
This company has now gone bust!!!!
Even after purchasing the garden sofa I looked at other garden sets on different websites, only to find even at Debenhams the garden stuff was dearer obviously but said, sent from supplier... Who was out & out. So they have screwed every one over .
I feel sorry for ppl who have only just ordered and are now finding this out.
I paid through klarna so hopefully have some chance of getting my money back!!

Ordered my sofa set 10 weeks ago and still not recoeved it. Can't get hold of the company to find out what's happening . I have tried to call and emailed. No response what so ever I was told when we ordered we would have it by Aigust 21st. Very worrying that 1. I have not relied or and 2. Had no communication from this company. Beware if you buying feom them.

"Worst company ever"
Ordered furniture at the beginning of June. Not heard anything by early July so I emailed them as like other customers you could never get thru on the phone. I eventually got an email back about a week later explaining that due to the Red Sea shipping crisis goods were not get thru but my furniture was now in the uk and would be with them soon. Another week went by so I emailed the girl again and she said it was all under control and I would get the order soon and as a gesture of goodwill I could chose a free item. I chose a parasol. Then on the 12 August I had a text and email with a tracker to say goods would be delivered on the 14th. Woo hoo. But then on the 13th I had another text to say the delivery had been cancelled! I emailed the girl again and this time she blamed an IT fault and said she hoped all would be ok the next day. It is now the 24 August and I have nothing and she is no longer responding to emails. Just clicked on their website and it says store closed.. what a surprise. Hoping to get my money back thru my credit card. Not happy
