"Company has gone bust "

Company has gone bust and I havent had my order. Ive emailed the insolvency company as the bounce back email suggested and it doesnt deliver to that email address!!! Has anyone else got any advice on how to get my money back?

"Appalling service"

Appalling service. Ordered beginning of August got text from delivery company saying contact company. Told it was delivery issue. Asked for money back if not delivered within 7 days. No refund. Now found out they have gone bust and then still took my money. Not alot but still fraudulent. Have had products previously with no problems.
A set of crooks taking money whilst knowing they were going bust and then to not refund when requested I have the evidence to this effect. Terrible.

"Ordered in May now August ???"

Ordered in May confirmation said dude din stock 18th June as I wanted this for a family party July 13th was happy . I chased nearer 10th July and had a notification come back 29th July that it was in Felixstowe and was out for delivery. NOw 28th August and still not arrived. Gone on some reviews and see that the compAny is now closed.

"Poor quality, non-existent customer service, no refunds, no items."

Placed an order on the 19th June for an outdoor furniture set, parasol, and furniture cover totaling a few pence short of £1000. Received a follow-up email stating that the furniture was in the country and a delivery should be expected by 25th June.
25th June came around, no delivery happened. Contacted their customer service to request an update, and received no response. Contacted their customer service again a few days later, to then get a reply stating that a delivery was being booked, and sure enough, two days later, our delivery arrived.

Over the course of the following few weeks, we started to open the packages (there were a LOT of boxes) and we started to notice a significant amount of damaged parts to the furniture set, or pieces that were dirty, or that simply did not fit together. After we opened 4 out of the 8 chairs and noticed that only one chair was actually any good, we contacted the company to request a collection and refund of the entire order, which they said was fine as it was written into their terms and conditions.

I then waited for around two weeks for them to organize a collection of the furniture, also requiring several follow up emails before they actually sent a company to come and pick everything up. I was then told to wait 10-15 business days for a refund.

15 business days passes, and sure enough, no refund came. I contacted the company by email to be met with a notice that they have stopped trading.

So to summarize:
- Poor item quality leading to returns/replacements.
- Non-existent customer service, prepare to be ghosted for days or weeks at a time.
- No refund issued as I still don't have my refund, of almost £1000! And no item to show for it!

Absolutely shocking business practices, and I'm genuinely happy and not shocked that this company has folded.

"Appalling customer service "

Ordered a furniture set on pre order. Delivery was fine (late July), but noticed that two of the furniture pieces had been damaged. Went through the process of filing a claim per the website and their claims team advised I could receive a partial refund. Weeks later and having chased 5 times, no response whatsoever. Frustratingly, the phone lines do not allow you to ‘hold’ - you simply receive an automated message indicating lines are busy and they cut you off. Seems the company has now gone into insolvency as websites and phones are down. I’ve contacted the insolvency company but received a bounce back. Appalling customer service and I’m still left with damaged furniture.

"Zero communication from this company"

Zero communication from this company. I paid bank in June and it’s now end of august and I have no idea where my furniture is. I have contacted PayPal to find out what can be done about getting a refund.

"Been waiting since early May for my…"

Been waiting since early May for my garden furniture. Purchased through Debenhams who kept telling me the supplier Out&Out will deliver soon. First in May, then June and now we’re almost in September and nothing. Other reviewers have mentioned they may have gone bust, so trying to get £700 through my credit card company.

"2 emails changing dates of delivery"

2 emails changing dates of delivery, we waited all summer and now its 11 weeks on and nothing arrived even though we parted with over £500 . I’ve read all the negative comments below and I’m also very annoyed 😠

"Absolutely rubish customer service"

Absolutely rubish customer service. Whenever I call it goes on waiting and stay there for ages no one actually answers. I sent emails and no-one replies. I have ordered a rattan garde set in May and was supposed to get it in mid July and they didn't deliver it till this day. No one tries to explain what is happening, how am I expected to know what happened to my order and when is it ever going to come. Summer is over and the set is not there yet.

I think you will find this company has ceased trading, I placed an order in June for a July delivery , Chased 4 times with no reply , now web site states company is now closed
