I had a very pleasant interaction with Axel. I was looking for a flat from abroad, but Axel offered me that a friend of mine in Aarhus could visit the flat and face time me during the showing.

Axel was very quick and nice managing the interaction between me and the landlord. Setting up the contract was very swift, and he was helpful in clarifying some points (as I don't speak Danish and had to use online translation tools).

I just moved into the flat, and everything was very smooth, and I am super happy. I would definitely work with Axel again.

Dem du har som kontaktperson svarer hurtigt og man får fornemmelsen af de gør alt hver dag for at få lejet din bolig ud. Jeg havde Bjørn og Victoria fra Housing som de to personer der hjalp mig - fandt en profil at udleje til på den dato jeg bedte om.

"Great experience with Housing Denmark…"

Great experience with Housing Denmark overall, and with Victoria particularly. She was able to do a virtual visitation with me working around my schedule since I was coming from the US, and everything moved quickly and efficiently afterwards. She worked with my landlord as well to meet my needs and answer my questions about the apartment. She also always responded very quickly which was great.

Eventually there was one issue where HD overlooked setting up a key exchange, but they responded quickly once I context them about it and they sorted it out and were able to schedule move-in for just after my arrival at the airport. They even did a full move-in report with photos to make sure everything about the state of the apartment was documented, and got me set up with the electricity company which was very helpful since I was unfamiliar with the Danish system.

Overall I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend, especially to anyone who is wary of dealing directly with a landlord in another country.
