"We have been through a NIGHTMARE"

We have been through a NIGHTMARE! Leaving aside all the coordination issues during the selection of the apartment and the contracting phase with the landlord, we eventually managed to agree on a move-in date just to find the house in TERRIBLE conditions on that day: unclean and dusty, old furnitures that were supposed to be disposed of still laying around the house, the fridge disconnected and placed in the middle of the living room, the furniture and the windows extremely dirty, the lights not properly funcitoning. We had no other place to go and did not see a fast response form the agency to fix this: but we are talking about our house! I am stll in shock for what happened...

We worked with Victoria who was incredibly kind and accommodating. She thoroughly answered all of our questions and moved us through the lease signing in a few days time. She even met us a second time at the apartment so we could have another look before signing. Finding an apartment rental in Copenhagen was quite difficult, but Victoria and Housing Denmark made the entire process so easy. We are very happy in our new home! :)
