Always a great experience dealing with DID so i wouldn't shop anywhere else. My most recent purchase, a hoover, was advertised on sale elsewhere and DID price matched when I mentioned it.

I recently purchased a Vaccum filter online, it took over month until i recived it, when I took my purchase to home and opend it, It wasn't the filter i've ordered it the size filter foam was very small and it didn't fit my vaccum machine even I have orderd the correct filter, somehow Didn't fit, mabye they sent wrong one to me.
The staff in the store are friendly to deal with, nothing wrong with the staff or the store it's just online problem and delivery time is the problem.
