"Very disappointed paying more than before"

Signed up to a new contract moving over from another supplier. It was agreed a saving per month but this hasn't turned out to be the case. We are now paying more than before. Have tried to resolve this issue with the Rep but this is an ongoing issue with no resolution yet.

Aaron was super friendly today with installing our new phones, we were in and out of meetings all day and he made sure not to disturb us and waited to make sure we all had the right knowledge on the devices. Thoroughly went through the portal and the device with every person. Phones are self explanatory but makes it easier with someone so knowledgable passing on the details.
