Fantastic experience - all the team have been very helpful & knowledgable right from sign up through to installation. We now have super speed Starlink broadband which has taken our internet speeds in a rural area from 5mbs (on a good day!) to over 200mps! This is incredible for the business as we now not only have amazing speeds but also excellent coverage over the premises compared to before. Now our Internet and our phone lines work perfectly exactly where it's needed where we had dead spots before. Several WAPs and Cordless bases were needed and George who did the initial survey was really knowledgable and experienced on where they would be best to go to achieve coverage over a 2 acre site. The phone and system is very user friendly and the line is crystal clear and reliable and makes our previous system look like something from the dark ages! The install of our phone system and internet by George & Aaron was professional and tidy and completed quickly - lovely chaps and very patient in bad weather running lots of cabling outside to different parts of the site (which is beautifully hidden away) + and they worked around us which allowed us to continue our working day too without any disruption. We are thrilled with the service by the team and the quality so far of the equipment which has transformed our internet speeds and the quality of our calls too! Thank you very much! I only wish we had signed up with Mtech years ago!
