I booked Umra package with this company exact travel the guy name is Zubair and Rihanna , they took me 2000£ in 2019 but I didn’t go there because I didn't get the visa due to his mistake , he didn’t refund me my money until right now but I have hired a lawyer and even if necessary, I will go to court to get my money back.

I deposited for a ticket when I was ready to pay the balance I was told the ticket has increased almost double of the original price. I asked for my refund but they did not pay me and they refused to let me speak with the manager. Peter was the guy who took my deposit

Exact Travel have a great customer service and good staff. They are really helpful because I bought the tickets for me and my family first time from this company but unfortunately I got flight schedule changed by the airline which was not suitable for me so, I requested them I don't want to travel with new schedule then they applied the refund upon my request and according to the terms and condition by the airline they returned my money after taking admin charges so, I highly recommend this company to everyone.

They are into a full-time scam, I bought an insured ticket with them, Emirate cancelled the flight, and refunded them, they denied they have not been refunded when I called Emirate, and they got to know am aware sent half of the money.

very bad company when they want business from you they will do everything to get your deposit and then when you are ready to pay they will give you stories. A very bad companu you are better off booking online for peace of mind. the worse company ever. I am reporting them to my bank and the police.
