Lilly has been amazing getting our Florida 2024 holiday booked.
As an ex travel agent with 20 years in the business I know how frustrating the job can be at times but no matter how many times I changed dates, number of pax etc she did everything without hesitation.
Her patience is brilliant. I warned her it wouldn’t be a quick booking and may take a few weeks and she didn’t pester me once.
All I can say is that if the holiday goes as smoothly as the booking process we are in for a treat.

We found usa direct back in 2021 and booked all in with Richard and John. They got us everything and more for our 2022 holiday it was brilliant. We had the best time. Then, when we got back, we booked our holiday for 2023. We just had that, and it was just as amazing. Richard will always try his hardest to get the best for you and will always reply to emails. Got back from this holiday(april) and booked again for our 2024 holiday they're that good at helping and sorting everything out 5* from us.
I will say that if there is something specific you want, then please tell them, and they will try their hardest to get what you want and need aka pool size or car size. Their helpfulness and friendliness is beyond anything I could hope for as I email a lot and have loads of questions but Richard always answered no matter what thank you xx

"USA Direct 100% recommended"

I booked my family holiday through USA direct and I can honestly say I’m so glad I did. The costumer service was exceptional from Jaime, John and Joshua, but John in particular. We had a few issues when we arrived in the USA, one being that the villa we had originally booked had suddenly become unavailable. John received this news on his way home from work, but took the time to find us a new (upgraded) villa, there and then, that we could move into instead at no extra cost. We also had problems with the WI FI in the villa which again John was on hand to sort this out for us. Nothing was too much trouble, he has truly gone above and beyond to make our holiday the best. I recommend USA Direct to everybody looking to book a holiday to America. They are first class.

As a family of 9 we enjoyed our villa in Florida and the experience with USA Direct was fabulous.
