"Poor Customer Service"
I've been with Otto for 2 years, and I am currently on my third car.
They've been consistently good regarding renting a vehicle, signing documents etc. And they have been consistently poor with communication, both from day one.
I'm sorry but following procedures is easy, and so is pushing the cars out of the depots. And you only get to know the company's value by how they treat you in need.
When you communicate via email, you need to allow a minimum of one working day for the reply! Especially when you require or take action against my account.
