I have been trying to contact Bosma customer service for a while now, but there has been no response. Their phone number no longer works, and their website is completely down. Given these issues, it's safe to assume that the company has shut down. If you're considering buying their products, I’d strongly advise against it since there’s no support available anymore. Very disappointing.

I got one and after +/- one year a problem with water in the lens, I received a new one under waranty and yesterday it stopped working, reason,, water at the bottom, so they seems NOT to be waterproof!!!

The X1 cameras are incredibly frustrating to connect!
My frustration level has been at its peak trying to pair the camera to WiFi—one hour, two hours, and even the next day, the same struggle. When it finally connects, it works amazingly well, but having to set it up again when moving to a new apartment was another nightmare. I know it's 2.4GHz network only, but even with that knowledge, it’s still a painful experience. Just exhausting!
