I had a couple of problems with my doors that Mr Window supplied a number of years ago so I called the company to find if parts were still available and to request a repair visit. The response was very efficient and professional with the repair organised and completed within a few days by a knowledgeable and pleasant repairer.

Beautifully crafted high quality windows at a great price. The fitting was equal to match. Professional and faultless at every step. No snagging, so no reason to call except to say, 'Great job, thank you'. This write up is so good, it almost sounds fake. It's all fact. My only regret is that, I wish I had appointed them two years earlier to do the rear of my property, as we were ripped off by a cowboy firm.

Robert the estimator/surveyor was excellent, and you only have one chance for a 1st impression. He really won the contract for Mr Windows. The good service and quality of craftsmanship and product continued throughout our project to completion, with total satisfaction of everything.
