"Top class windows and service"

We needed new windows for our kitchen, and bathroom and requested a quote from Mr Windows. Danny came round to quote and was such a nice polite knowledgeable guy no pressure sales or the classic phone the manager to get a better price tactics. He asked us what we require, showed us brochures etc and a sample of the window frames etc that Mr Windows use. All of a very high standard. We were so impressed we asked Danny to quote for the whole property doors as well. We were up against a time scale because of having kitchen and bathroom re fit and needed the windows as quick as possible. We were not disappointed, the windows were ready in the time scale required.
The two days of the fit went absolutely perfect. The guys who fitted them Tony & Dominc were very polite, and very tidy workers, they worked as a team and there wasn't a scrap of rubbish or mess left anywhere. All wallpaper and interior decoration was untouched and such a neat job, they put all of our vertical blinds back up for us as well. Thank you Guys

After about a week we noticed that the front door locking system seemed to be sticking a bit and you couldn't always turn the lock fully to lock or open it and on one occasion the key got stuck in the door and it was very difficult to get it out, we did eventually manage it. I called Mr Windows to explain and spoke to a very lovely lady called Clare, who asked me when was the most convenient time for someone to call round and take a look at the door. We arranged a time and Michael came to adjust our door, and changed the barrel and we had new keys. Michael again was very polite and informative and explained everything he had done. Thank you. We would like to thank Danny,Tony,Dominic, Michael and Clare, and the other staff at Mr Windows for everything they gave done . We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family, Good service, quality products and excellent follow up customer service. 10/10 Thank you🙂

"George and Dominic - What great fitters"

I had been putting off having my windows replaced for over 2 years, somewhat due to lockdown but mostly because it seems every time I get something done at home it is a complete nightmare. Not this time. Mr Window supplied us with all upstairs windows and fitted to an outstanding standard by George and Dominic. From quotation to finish I could not fault Mr Window, no mess anywhere and we don't even need to redecorate around where the new windows are fitted as the finish is superb, what an excellent job. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from everyone at Mr Window, from Robert our salesman who was not pushy and had excellent knowledge to the surveyor who listened to my request for a lower profile and the 2 very hardworking and professional fitters George and Dominic. The office staff were very helpful too when I needed to change the fitting date twice. The windows and doors are excellent quality and I’ve had loads of compliments about them. I would not hesitate to recommend this company again.

We were lucky enough to have a fella called George fit our windows and patio door. He was fantastic at he’s job I can’t find fault anywhere. He worked hard both days. He cleaned up as he went along When I checked in to see if he wanted a coffee he talked me through everything he had done and what else needed doing.. the product looks great quality. So time will tell but it definitely won’t be a fault with the fitting. 👍👍👍

We have just had a new front door installed and we are very happy with it. All the staff have been very friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to calls and emails.
The fitter did an amazing job, going above and beyond to make sure everything was made good and left thd site clean and tidy.
The wrong size door arrived initially, but this was promptly and efficiently resolved.
