Very pleased with the work done at every stage from initial survey through construction and clear up. The Project Manager (Barry Chown) was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with the project from start to finish. Time was of the essence due to my partner being 6 months pregnant. CLL took this in board and completed the job 2 weeks early which was great. I felt reassured throughout the works that the project was being completed to a professional standard. Thank you.

We chose Central London Lofts from a list of 5 companies. We researched various sites and after meeting David we were convinced that CLL was the company for us.
From the planning to completion we had all the job explained step by step. It actually took 5 and 1/2 weeks for the job to be completed.
Everyone we came in contact was professional at all times and took time to answer any questions or doubts we might had to our satisfaction.
We would like to recommend Tadas as he is the person that built our dormer and also did most of the job to a high standard.
Overall we are satisfied with the end result and we would recommend Central London Loft.

So some hiccups here and there...... Nothing was a problem for the guys and they always went out of their way to help.. Hardest workers I have ever known and that includes from the top to the bottom.... Amazing loft conversion and we will be using again for our conservatory. Renatas' aftercare continues to be exceptional and Barry is a top bloke... Especially when he smiles :-) A+++++

"An excellent overall experience"

From the first meeting with David we were struck by the professionalism of Central London Lofts, this continued with our Project Manager, Barry who steered the project through to a timely and quality completion. Although slightly frustrated by a later start than we had agreed, we soon realised that we were waiting for the excellent team of fitters, led by Tudas who would take the project through very efficiently to completion.
We were struck by the co-operation, attitude and diligent working of all the trades, including the roofing team, John the Electrician, Andrew the plumber, Chris the plasterer. And a mention for Dardan and the team back at base - they kept on top of the paper work. We are very pleased with the final product.

"Over all very good !"

Central London lofts started our L shaped dormer conversion in April 2014. We had quotes from 3 companies and CLL agreed to match the base price of our cheapest quote. This along with the helpful advice that we received from David prior to our final decision helped us make the decision to go with them. We are in a smallish Victorian terrace which had an original loft height of less than 2m so we had to lower the ceilings on the first floor. Even with this extra work the structure went up very quickly and 3 weeks later we were able to stand in the new space and make decisions about placement of bathroom items, lights etc. Lowering ceilings was very messy and we were glad that we moved out for the first 5 weeks. The entire job was pretty much done and the new space useable after 8 weeks. A few snagging items did linger on for a bit longer but it did not cause any real problems. Barry was our project manager and was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He was pretty much always available for a phone call to discuss any issues and visited regularly to go over specific details. It's important to realize that although there will be a dedicated project manager it's important to stay on top of the details yourself. Ask to see photos of major items such as windows before they are fitted. Fixtures and fittings supplied will be perfectly adequate but fairly standard so if you want something different it needs sourcing in advance. If anything really isn't right ask that it be changed straight away the longer it is left the harder it gets to change or perhaps impossible. There where a few relatively minor problems along the way but everything wa resolved very fairly. All said and done we are very happy with new space they have created for us. The base price was good, and all extras where made very clear up front so we didn't get any nasty surprises. I am happy to recommend CLL as a fair minded, decent and hard working loft conversion company who will create you a great new space. Z Jackson.

"Great service and excellent finished product."

This is the first time I have had any major building work done so we where not to sure what to expect. Since the start of the process Central London Lofts have eased through the process and Barry was always able to answer are many question The builders where so clean throughout and living in the property whilst the work was taking place was no problem at all, even with young children. We are so happy with the finished room, it is the best room in the house by far.

"Great value for money. What more to say?"

At first, we were quite hesitant to contact any loft conversion company because of our previous experiences. So we thought of a DIY job to convert our loft, but this ended up a mess too!. It was then, a friend of us told us about David and his team. When we called them up, we had a hint of suspicion if they are good as they claim to be. But when they gave us their proposal along with the drawings, I decided this is what I need and I persuaded my husband too. The work went on well, and as they promised, they finished converting our loft into a spectacular bedroom for our twin girls, within the specified time frame. No gimmicks involved, no hiccups, everything was handled quite professionally. I, secretly felt quite happy in choosing them. Thank you David and The project manager Renatas for this wonderful work. "A few hiccups but overall professional service"

Generally we were really pleased with our loft, it took several months to complete and there weren't any hidden costs or nasty surprises. A few of the plumbers that were subcontracted were awful and felt they gave a poor service. However the builders that were used were great. The project manager was available most times to air any concerns. The finishing was to a high standard and generally painless, definitely not like the horror stories you hear.

Barry, Alan and the team have just completed a shell loft conversion for me. Everything was well organised and the guys worked hard and to a high standard. The result looks great and the price was very competitive. We are completing the internal work ourselves and the guys have been happy to help us with advice and contacts so that we can achieve this.
