Central London Loft' was not the first contractor that I contacted for my loft issue, but they were the first to promptly organize a time to scope the matter. My plan was to call several contractors, collect quotes and pick from the lowest and best price match. But Central London Loft' made it easy enough, and I trusted their assessment enough that I ended up going with them without much additional due diligence.
They has done the job superbly. Me and my family is happy and thank them for wonderful timely work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants best quote and professional services.

"Plans wrong. No refund. No response."

They got the plans seriously out. They insisted they weren't. They pressured us to start. The council disagreed. Thank goodness we erred on the side of caution and because if we had given into their pressure we would have built an illegal conversion. Having had the results from planning I decided I didn't want to proceed and asked for my money back. For nearly four months I was fobbed off until finally I lost patience and offered to pop round to their offices. and collect it myself. At this point I was told I was dues a refund once they deducted the amount they needed to charge for the (wrong) plans. Guess what! It was the same amount as my deposit. I would not recommend them at all. I am furious. Worse - they came to me on a personal recommendation.

CLL remodelled our ground floor, built 2 new staircases AND converted the attic into a beautiful bedroom and en suite, all in 7 weeks! They were a great pleasure to work with. David the owner struck us as trustworthy and straightforward. Their price was great. Even now 2 years on they have been willing to come back to sort out some very minor snags which have occurred recently. Very happy with them and would recommend them fully.

Our neighbour and I instructed Central London Lofts to convert our loft spaces at the same time, and we weren't disappointed.
From the sales team, project management and particularly the workers, we were extremely happy with their service and workmanship.
They consulted with us as the project went along, allowing us to make any decisions along the way, always ensuring we were happy. The result is a beautiful loft space that has added 2 bedrooms and a decent shower room. I will definitely use them again should I ever need to.

"Great quality of work - disappointed with some parts of customer service"

From start to finish we were very satisfied with the actual standard of work that was carried out. The quality and attention to details was impressive.

What slightly let down the experience was poor communication and response to the few issues that did arise. Admittedly they were probably minor in the overall scheme of things but were important to us at the time and we felt this was not responded to as satisfactorily as we would have wished.

They did our loft during the 2 months of rain in 2012 and they were just so good. They got on with it and we are still amazed at how brilliantly they did it.
