I bought one of the swimshorts, and I thought it had never arrived, so I contacted them and they told me they would send me a new one at no extra cost! After the days passed, I realized the previous swimshort DID arrive, but the mailman put it inside the mailbox! I didn't know the package could fit in it, and also thought they would contact me or ring the doorbell, but I also had many days without opening my mailbox because I didn't have the key at that moment. I was embarrassed because I got another one so I contacted them again to pay for it or to send the extra one back, but they told me I could keep it! The customer service replied back very fast and they were very kind, so really 5 out of 5. Regarding the short, I haven't worn them yet but I tested them by pouring water on them and yes, they changed their color! I recommend Sea'Sons completely.

Lovely top once washed and the weird fishy smell had gone.
Very cool colour changing which my 12 year old son loves as do all of his mates!
Had some trouble with the stitching in the neckline but customer services eventually resolved.

I made an order last year and it was not a great experience but this year there were always available sizes, products arrived here fast and size exchange was super fast and easy; I even received the right size back before having sent the wrong one without having to pay twice.

I order a swimwear a few weeks ago and now it says that the parcel doesn't exist. I really hope they solve the problem soon otherwise I will proceed to demand them.

I haven't seen any other ecommerce company for a long time in Europe that doesn't offer free returns, and more over makes returns so complicated! Never buy from here, better order from Zalando or any other marketplace

J’ai effectué une commande sur le site en rentrant mon adresse à saint Barthélémy. Le site ne livrant pas la bas, je me rend compte que la commande a basculé sur mon ancienne adresse en France. J’ai directement envoyé un mail en demandant d’annuler ma commande et en expliquant l’erreur. Je tombe sur quelqu’un qui tourne autour du pot dans les mails, qui me propose d’envoyer ma commande à ma nouvelle adresse en sachant que le site ne livre pas là bas. Ma commande a quand même été expédié à la mauvaise adresse, et l’on m’explique que je ne serais pas remboursée. J’ai commandé le 22 avril et ai demandé d’annuler la commande à la seconde d’après, nous sommes le 1er mai et aucun effort n’a été fait du côté du service client.
Tout ceci pour une commande a 140€
