Nice pants but they came way to late. I ordered them for my vacation under the 3-5 business days option. Came after 2 weeks or something like that so i didn't get them in time and had to buy another pair.

Super slechte service!! Deel van de bestelling geretourneerd. Vervolgens wordt dit niet verwerkt dus krijg allemaal betaalherinneringen van Klarna. Via alle kanalen contact proberen te zoeken.. helaas wordt nergens meer op gereageerd. Ook verkleurd de zwembroek niet en zie je geen verschil. Dat kost dan €50??! Belachelijk! Hierover ook gemaild en ook nooit meer reactie gehad. Nooit bestellen hier!

"Worst experience ever!"

I ordered 2 shorts. 1 came in false size. I sent both products back right away. 2 month later I still do not have the refund, although they promise me to take care of it. I now think it’s a fraud and handed the case over to my lawyer. And btw, the quality of the products is terrible.

"Great Adults Product, Children’s size is not accurate"

I really like the concept and the product, I got a beautiful cherry color bikini and it looked amazing, I also got one blue/green bathing shorts and they were really good, but when it came to the children’s piece it was not the right fit and was for some reason smaller than it should be.

Also, there was a problem with the shipping company, thus the delivery took a very long time.

Overall I do recommend Sea’sons, but children’s size is an issue they need to fix.

Hace un mes hice un pedido y no ha llegado. No contestan los mails. Por Instagram si me contestaron y dijeron que habían olvidado mandarlo, que lo mandarían ese mismo día. El pedido sigue sin llegar, pedí el status del paquete y me dejaron en leído dos veces. Les mande mensaje por WhatsApp y también contestaron, cuando les indique el problema me dejaron de contestar de nuevo. NO COMPREN! No cumplen, no contestan, parece fraude. He leído otros comentarios en esta plataforma y en Instagram, a muchos usuarios les dicen lo mismo acerca de sus paquetes. Parece una estafa total.

Ordered my package with the wrong company, turned out there was a Sea'Sons Amsterdam which was a scam. Contacted the official company Sea'Sons Official. Even though they basically could not do anything about it, they were very nice and gave me a discount. They are trying to build a case as well on this.

"Terrible customer service"

I waited over 5 weeks for shorts to arrive. When I followed up the order they just said they had forgot to send them but would post urgently. How do you forget to post peoples orders? They were purchased for a present which has long passed.

2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NOT ARRIVED. I’m thinking it’s a scam company.
