I placed an order back in June. I was unhappy with how the suits fit for both myself and my boyfriend. I paid a lot of money to have it returned and it was just delivered back to me with no explanation. And still haven’t had a reimbursement. No one will answer my emails or my direct messages on Instagram.

"No order-no money refund"
I orderes 3 pieces of clothes 23.6.2022 and I still haven´t got my order or my money back. First I was asked to wait 3 weeks after already waiting 2 weeks, then I didn´t get an answer to my money refund- email. Recently they offered me different product but I didn´t want anything else and again asked my money back- no answer. This whole process has taken soon 9 weeks and I haven´t got my 99 euros back or the products I ordered and also no answer.
Update: now I got money refund and email from them. It took 9 weeks and lot of waiting and non- answered emails but I got my money back.

"UK customs declaration liberties"
Be warned if you live in the UK. Any promo order won’t be applied to customs declarations. My order had a 3rd item “free” but I had to pay duty and VAT on entry to UK. Also, sea’sons take liberty with the value of the order on the customs declaration with mine being for MORE than the items value before the “free” item was deducted. Shambles. And all they say is they are “correct”.

Nice looking website and items but poor quality ! Customer service not responding on complains / returns. Very difficult to get your money back !
