London International Patient Services is a private medical care enterprise. My experience is very positive at all levels. From booking an appointment to the pre examination instructions through to meeting the doctor and what followed with further examinations. Great, friendly admin team (Ola) and an experienced, pleasant, and well articulated doctor (Hussain Alnajjar). Consultation rooms are in central London, and parking can be tricky but close enough to Baker street tube station. I have no hesitation to return, should the need arises.

I had a great experience with surgeon Mr Ed Fitzgerald O’Connor at HCA The Shard and St Thomas’ for my procedures. I underwent reconstructive skin removal surgery after wls / significant weigh los.

Ed felt utterly straight and clear in his consultations and managed my expectations really well.

I had a great result with him and am having more surgery in early 2024.

I would also recommend Dina and his admin team foe response to email and arrangements around operations.

His team of post op nurses were fantastic guiding me on WA and allaying my concerns.
