The guys who removed the asbestos sheets were excellent - despite running late and working in the rain and dark they were cheerful, polite and did an excellent job, leaving the site clean. Great service and extremely good price. The team that completed the work were great with advising on arrival time and length of time to complete the work (more or less accurate to the minute!). Tidied up the worksite afterwards. The last hour of the job was completed in horrendous sideways rain but all good and the rain was a good test of the install...... old roof leaked in around 5 places and new roof not one drop of rain. Would not hesitate to recommend

"Taking me to court for a service they did not provide"

This company was double-booked to conduct an asbestos check at my address, in error, through Check-A-Trade.
Their contractor arrived after the original company I booked had already attended, so I explained the situation, apologised and sent their contractor away.
Since then, I've received a string of abusive emails and telephone calls demanding full payment, despite providing no service to me. Reasonable offers of recompense for 'wasting their time' were rejected and they have started court proceedings against me.
Shameful, unreasonable behaviour. Avoid at all costs.
