Much smaller than expected. I'd paid for the medium bunch so I hate to think what the smaller one was.

If I had paid full price I would not have been happy at all. The positive is the flowers were healthy but this is not a £35.99 (plus delivery) bunch of flowers.

The flowers were for a friend’s birthday and she absolutely loved them. No problem with delivery and I was continuously informed about the delivery which helped me to track my order. Overall the experience was great and they arrived as promised. Nice one.

Delivery was late. Delivery man did not ring the bell. Just dropped it outside the door.
It was our 40th Wedding Aniversery. Could not go out for the planned Lunch without knowing the arrival time of the flowers.

Flowers arrived in a box which was nice opened it to find that the flowers were strangled and the heads were falling off because they snapped luckilly the mrs didn't notice after I fixed it :/
