Took my Samsung A6 in with broken/cracked glass. Got it repaired same day as the phone was essentially my only way of contacting people due to covid 19.looks like a new phone . Excellent service very professional Big thank you .

I smashed the glass on my Samsung S8 and after searching online found Screen Medic. I have to admit to being very unsure about sending the phone but I did all the recommended tests which returned good results and the screen guarantee offered seemed to be a good fail safe.

And that is exactly how it turned out. Unfortunately when replacing the glass, apparently the screen failed. Screen Medic assured me they would fit an entirely new screen at no extra cost and did just that.

Just received back my phone which is now like new. The communication was good and reassuring and the results great. If your glass only is damaged then this service is probably as good as it gets.

ScreenMedic have been wonderful. Initially I sent a WhatsApp message asking if they were able to fix my phone. They got back to me within minutes instructing me on what I needed to do next and how to send the phone re packaging and posting method. I sent it off on a Tuesday and I got it back fixed and well packaged exactly a week later. ScreenMedic answered any questions I put to them quickly and efficiently.
