"Galaxy phone glass replacement"

Screen medic Eastman Rake replaced the screen on my galaxy phone he done an excellent job he was very friendly and helpful I would highly recomend him . The cheapest out of a number of quotes I had and done a perfect job.

I don't often write reviews. Job alone was worth 5 stars. Did a great job.

The only problem was the communication, it felt like I had to chase for updates when it took longer than expected. I understand that issues can arise and this causes an extended time and the corona virus may affect times. But I wanted a bit more reassurance that my phone was in safe hands. Specially with phones which cost a lot of money.

However, thanks for fixing and resolving my screen.

"Disaster recovered; great service, lovely people"

Suddenly that drop of my note 9 in a leather case and my lovely phone has a crack in the glass screen. I contacted theScreenMedic by email and they gave me an order number by email that I could accept and pay directly and I used PayPal.
Dispatch to them by next day Royal mail tracked and they started the 3-5 day job ordered. Throughout great communication and checking that the next day by 1pm service would be convenient for return and all tracked to the door. Returned excellently packaged and like pristine.
I can't speak highly enough of their service and understanding.
