I sent in to the ScreenMedics my Galaxy S8 with a cracked display screen on Wednesday, last week. I sent it using its original S8 box for better protection. I received a call from Eileen, their lovely customer service representative, two days later to say there was no crack on the screen but just a damaged screen protector and that a refund had been issued to my card. Isn't that a very honest gesture, I thought. The phone was sent back on that same day via Royal Mail Special delivery and was in my hands the next day before 12 afternoon. I also received my refund. I am very impressed with this company and I recommend them to anyone with a cracked mobile screen. Their price for the repair is very resonable too. Thanks ScreenMedics.

Fantastic service 👏 my daughter smashed her screen on her Samsung A51 couldn't find anyone to fix at a reasonable price, but screen medic sorted it, as was going to have to go through my insurance, so screen medic saved me a claim.

Just got the phone back from them today. Would not know that the glass has been replaced.
During the service, we had the unfortunate circumstance that some micro-bubbles formed, but they contacted us, let us know what was happening, and handled it brilliantly. Seriously happy with the service.
