"Smashed the screen on my Samsung A50…"

Smashed the screen on my Samsung A50 and was unsure how I'd be able to get it repaired during the current climate.

Managed to find a few places but all would only replace the full front of the device at prices from around £120.
This was unnecessary in my case as the screen was still fully functional.

After sending a quick message on Whatsapp I was quickly answered and sent through an invoice.
I choice to drop the phone of in person which was no problem with the vendor and saved on hassle of posting my phone.

The screen was quickly repaired and I was able to pick it up again as agreed a couple days later.

Service and communication was fantastic with a professional job done at a great price.

Really nice people who were very responsive when I contacted them a couple of times. You couldn't make it up- dropped my 'phone out walking and smashed the screen (Easter Monday & lovely Screen Medic replied to a message within minutes). Half an hour later, husband also dropped his 'phone - another broken screen!! Both 'phones repaired and returned swiftly. Excellent jobs on both. We are really pleased and thoroughly recommend. "Quick Fumble Fix"

Of all the times to fumble my phone to the ground, fate decided I would do it during a complete UK lockdown.

After considering and instantly dismissing the cheap do it yourself kit off Ebay (with accompanying video??) I thought my only alternative would be to pay £200+ to have the complete screen replaced! That's if I could find anyone willing to do it during the COVID-19 situation.

This frustrated me as the phone worked fine, even though it was a Galaxy S8+ that was getting on a bit. It was just the awful crack across the screen that was the problem.

Then I found 'theScreenMedic'. Someone who could replace just the damaged glass on my phone at a massively reduced cost. I messaged them directly through WhatsApp asking if they were still operating and I was pleased to find out they were and they even had stock of the glass needed for the S8+.

I placed my order within minutes and recieved confirmation and comprehensive instructions on how to proceed with the repair.

After sending my phone to them, in a matter of days I recieved email confirmation that my phone was on it's way back to me complete with special delivery tracking number.

I recieved my returned phone promptly and well protected in its packaging. Absolutely delighted with minimal disruption to my social life.

I would highly recommend 'theScreenMedic' and just because you drop your phone does not mean you have to completely replace the screen. Just the glass.
