"Excellent repair and communication…"

Excellent repair and communication throughout the entire process. Service was easy to use. I just received my repaired mobile phone back and found everything working perfectly. I had a broken glass and malfunctioning display for a Samsung S8 plus with a dual SIM. TheScreenMedic was able to confirm they could repair before I sent and turnaround for repair was as quick as promised. I highly recommend.

This is my review of The Screen Medic. I had my Samsung S8 front glass replaced.
So let’s get the negative / NOT Negative bit over. They say it takes 2-5 days mine took 6 days. They received it Wednesday I got it back Wednesday.... BUT this is 2020 Covid-19 year so the fact that they did it so fast is amazing and 100% appreciated. Done....

This review will be on Facebook, Google and Trust Pilot. I looked on these websites to ensure this company was legit. I also googgled the address. This was a surprise - it’s a house not a business unit or building. The only reason I was confided they actually exist as a business is that on Google street view you can see a ‘The Screen Medic’ van. This made me nervous I was expecting and actual business address but what I was actually about to do was send my phone to someone’s house. BUT the reviews were great so I decide to send it and happy I did.

I could not be happier with the result. I have my phone back and it looks like new. Yes it cost £80 but that’s a good price in most scenarios as glass only replacements are not done by many companies. Most will only do glass and Super Amoled screen together increasing the cost by at least £100+. Finally they posted my phone back to me recorded and trackable and sent me the tracking number...

Over all I’m extremely happy with the result and I would recommend without any reservation...

Had my wife's Samsung galaxy S10 plus touchscreen replaced & we are very pleased with the results, such that I will get my mobile done, which is the same make. As the mobile was posted for repair it took 9 days from sending it off to being returned, which I think is acceptable.

"Great Customer Care"

Had a glass repair for a Samsung S8. Chose them because of price and good reviews. Repair was fine but I noticed a line on the edge screen. Contacted on WhatsApp and they agreed to re-repair with no quibble. They paid for postage and also to repair a second Galaxy S8 for a discount. Both repairs are perfect. Sometimes mistakes occur and that's when Customer Care matters, hence 5 stars.

Screen medic replaced my Samsung Galaxy A71 glass with great results, sent it to them and they repaired and returned quickly, i found the WhatsApp communication line the quickest and easiest way to contact them and got fast responses, good price and happy to answer all my questions honestly and didn't try pushing additional services on me which has been my experience in the past with other companies.

I found Screen Medic online, during the current lockdown. They are one of the few companies that can do the type of repair I was expecting on my S8 glass. From start to end the communications with them was clear, via phone calls and emails. I asked a lot of questions and they were happy to answer all of them. :) Sent my phone in the post and they confirmed delivery. The turnaround was 4 days from mailout to return.
