I booked a glass repair because of the risk free repair guarantee.

Unfortunately when my phone was returned the screen was damaged. When I contacted screen medics they said they don't cover it unless the screen is unusable.

Don't misunderstand the 'risk free repair guarantee' like I did. It doesn't mean they replace your screen if they break it. It's in the terms and conditions apparently.

The front / screen glass on my Samsung galaxy S9 cracked accidentally. I called several companies in Leicester, Coventry and Nottingham and they all gave me similar answers that the glass can not be replaced on its own . But I knew if the LCD is not damaged it can be replaced .
I searched the internet for a professional firm that can do the work. I came across "The Screen Medic" , as soon as I looked at few of their customer reviews, l knew this is the company that I can trust with my phone and they can do the work . From there on I found it easy to arrange my screen replacement, their website is set up so professionally , everything is listed and plenty of explanations together with a price list and sufficient technical details. I contacted them on what apps and within few minutes they processed my repair . I posted my phone late Monday afternoon and I had it back by registered post on Saturday morning.
I was so impressed that I immediately sent them a message just to say thank you for thier ease of communication , repair cost , quick response and above all the return packaging. I will definitely spread the good word about "The Screen Medic"and already recommended a friend.
If your repair is not listed just asked them they do battery replacement as well.

I had a cracked screen for several months and had been living with it. Finally I decided to get it fixed and the Screen Medic were ideal as only the front glass was cracked, no damaged to the screen behind. Most places will replace the whole screen rather than just the glass at much greater expense. The Screen Medic were responsive, great value and I had my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone back looking like new within the terms of the service. The whole process was hassle free, I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent fast service at half the price of several competitors. As I'm local I was also able to arrange to drop off and pick up the phone which sped things up (normally a postal service). I dropped off the phone on Friday afternoon and it was ready to collect Monday. My son broke my phone screen quite severely front and back and I sent a WhatsApp via the website and got a reply straight away that evening and sorted everything from there.
