"Fast and efficient"

Our flight was cancelled but the company offered alternative flight. We did not even know we can get a refund in this case. All the process can be finished online and was very smooth.

"Great company with exellent service"

My flight from Toronto was delayed and I didn't make my connection in Brussel to Oslo. I waited 3hours in a line just to talk to someone for help and when it was finally my turn the second flight back to Oslo was full. I waited 10hours at the AirPort and got sent to Frankfurt and then to Oslo. I arrived 13 hours later then I was supposed to and my luggage was still in Brussel. I sent an email to Brussel airlines simultaneously with an email to EUclaim and now 2 months later EUclaimers managed to pay me 600€ (400€) to my account. Has not heard a word from Brussel airlines! Thank you Uclaimers for great service and my money back.

"Great Service! It may take some time but they do what they promise."

You have nothing to lose by using their services. If they'll accept to proceed with your case, it'll cost you just a couple of stamps for postage... It takes time, though... My case took around 9 months (and quite a few e-mails) to be resolved. But I got the money I was promised from the company since the airline was forced to pay.
I got in touch with the airline myself twice before contacting EUclaim and they refused to pay me... I was annoyed since I knew my rights. EUclaim did the job for me though and I got back a generous amount of money that I have never expected to.

"Very bad experience with EUCLAIM."

My claim still has not been settled after almost 2 years of giving power of attorney to EUclaim. Have had few emails that airline does not replaying and that my claim has been transferred to legal department with no further communication. Avoid this company as you probably will not get your compensation. Try to deal with Airlines yourself.

I can only share positive feedback about EUClaim. The way they handled my claim and updated me during the process (6 weeks in total, I think) was very professional. I highly recommend turning to EUClaim in case of severe flight delays...

I found EUclaim with a simple internet search. I applied. I got the money I was entiled to. Online chat was efficient. However, 4 instead 5 stars is because of cut EUclaim takes, which I think is too high...
