Good service, fast processing. For a Canadian, it took 2 months to get claim against KLM paid, but I did not answer in time to their requests for information - so most of the time "wasted" was my fault...
The processing fee of Euro 200 out of Euro 600 is a little steep, but still getting E400 back without any effort is worth it.
I do recommend Euclaim as a service.

I never knew about the service but I chose to try it and trust EUclaim team. The sevice is excellent. I got my claim after 2 months and the money was in my bank account. I highly recommand it . Thank you for the quality of the service and for your reactivity. But commission is 30 percent including administration charges.

If you've got a straight forward case, one where you can probably get the compensation by writing to the airline yourself, then they appear to do the job, for almost 30% of your compensation. For me, It's nearly 21 months and counting. Each time I enquire as to what's happening, I get the same response stating I have to wait as they are waiting for a court date, since July. I know these thing can take time but it's coming up to almost 2 yrs now which I feel is inadequate as a service.
For 30% fees, I would also expect monthly updates.

Even though the service is super helpful and easy to follow, i didnt appreciate the lack of transparency in the charges. They take approx. 40% of the claim, so have this present when selecting this service.

"One year without any update"
A start my claim in november 2015, i get last update in April 2016, now is 2017, and still nothing!!! Probably they cant win Swiss Airlines!

Submitted my claim on 8/12/2016. Funds credited to my bank account on 10/4/2016. Their people are great to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and very pleasant. Communications was excellent. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!
