My advice: STAY AWAY!!!
They are really unreliable, they take your money, and then there is no contact from them, you have to chase them to get your appointments. Before getting their payment they keep calling you. But afterwards they avoid you, they allocate a case worker for you, who apparently is always busy or in a meeting.
We regret acquiring them for a dna legal matter. Finally after calling them several times, we got an appointment. Which was a disaster in itself. The doctor who took the sample was so irresponsible. My mother who was back problems travelled 3 hours car to give her sample only to receive an email afterwards that the doctor forgot to ask her to sign a document without which the sample cannot be checked. This issue has delayed all or legal matters and to top it the case worker is never available neither calls you back, even if she promises that she will. Avoid them..

ok had a paternity test - was told it takes three days from their uk lab. 7 days later i'm still waiting. Not a uk lab so they lied to me they are based in Germany, which i would not have used if i had known. If they lied to me about this how can i trust the test results. Totally rubbish!! I will be asking for my money back.. Do not use!!!

"Plenty of mistakes in the delivery and support area"
Mistakes in delivery: I ordered a test that was sent to the 'Billing' address instead of the 'Shipping' address. The package clearly stated the company name, which is not very confidential as they claim. Besides, my name was wrongly written.
Mistakes in support: I contacted them via email and electronic form in their website. For one week, I did not get any reply; not even acknowledging that my request was received. I had to contact a USA branch to get any reply.
In my experience, they did not care about privacy, reliability and customer satisfaction. I will not waste more time, so I asked for a refund. Let see if this also implies a big straggle.

I got my money back, but I will never get back all the time and energy that DNA Worldwide made me waste.
First, I do not think that any of the points I mentioned are DHL's fault. Anyway, I will contact the DHL customer service to let them know what you are claiming about their services.
Second, my emails were ignored for one week until I literally spam everybody in your company. I even used your site to open an case, but I didn't get any reply.
And finally, without admitting a problem is impossible to solve it. DNA Worldwide made so many mistakes with my order and case; and still, I don't see any intentions to solve them, so unfortunately they will likely happen again.

I've had my non invasive paternity test done, and have the results back.
I'd like to know how trustworthy the results are and if I need to do anything else. I cannot have a baby with the 2nd potential father and I'm 31 weeks...
My whole life rides on these results?

"Start to finish"
Part 1 (2 stars) very poor at the start.....I was told allow 5 days delivery time for my pet DNA kit, I allowed 7 then asked where it was.. 9 working days later I am told another will be posted, therefor I will have to wait 14 working days or 20 days for those of us who are alive at the weekend to receive my DNA kit! If it ever arrives I will review the actual test and service. Part 2...My sample collection kit arrived 12 days after purchase, samples collected I returned the kit to DNA worldwide via special recorded delivery through Royal Mail ; this successfully arrived with DNA the very next morning approx 18 hours after I posted it for half the price I was asked to pay by DNA worldwide if I had of chosen to pay for next day special delivery to receive the kit..This was offered after my first package failed to arrive but it would have meant I'd pay £12 to receive a kit 10 working days after my initial purchase which did not sit right with me. Now the kit was back with DNA worldwide I discover that it arrived a few hours late to be sent in that weeks batch meaning my sample would have to wait yet another week before being sent to the lab...after being advised 5 days delivery waiting 7 and telling them then another not being sent until 9 days I was upset to have to wait another week. Credit to DNA worldwide after afew awkward and frustrating emails my samples apparently have been sent to the lab early, my predicted results date is 9 weeks and 2 days away... 13 weeks after my initial purchase. An agrivance for me is if you type DNA worldwide testing times you view a page advising 4-6 weeks waiting time for dog DNA testing. Else where on the site it is advised 6-8 weeks a time I did not see in my initial purchase but one that is clearly on display now; but max 8 weeks is still not 9 weeks; I guess this is due to bank holidays maybe. I raise one star at this point from 2 to 3 out of five in my review as the MD seems to have got things moving but I still feel misled aggrieved and let down by my experience with this company. To be continued . I have now received my test results , I am very pleased to have received my results very quickly indeed and I am very Happy with the detail given. DNA worldwide have turned my opinion around and they have earned a 5 out of 5 star rating from me in the end . Thank you DNA worldwide.

The week Mum died just before my 61st birthday she told me my father wasn't my father. Other comments she made to my brother and sister lead us want to find out the truth. After much researching we all agreed I should call DNA worldwide. I called and Kate Francis put me at my ease straight away. I have since spoken to both Michelle and Andrew at DNA and have nothing bu praise for the quiet professional way they take you step by step through the process in order to make sure the proceedure is both fully understood and easy to follow. It is an emotional time but Kate and her team helped reduce that stress by the way they dealt with everything.and after six days we received our results. We have no hestitation in recommending DNA Worldwide.

"Disappointing as part of the test was missing so reliability of test was questioned."
When the test was sent out the envelopes were missing. Consequently the 2 elderly people became very worried and I had to phone DNA worldwide to try to sort this out. In the whole process the people who answered the phone were helpful but it always seemed to be a different person which wasn't helpful. The kits were sent out and the process was efficient. However due to the envelopes missing, the reliability is worrying about contamination? To rid this doubt would it be possible to repeat the test? Thank you, Sally Scott

I would recommend DNA worldwide every time to anyone looking for their personal answers. I had a lot of questions and worries, every question was answered fully and after talking everything through with a very kind and caring member of DNA staff my mind was put at ease. The whole experience was fantastic from my first enquires to receiving the results, they made me feel like nothing was too much trouble.
