I ordered some headphones rather late, hoping to receive them in time for Christmas. Unfortunately there was a problem when I placed the order which meant that I couldn’t request express delivery. I contacted the company by email and they replied straight away and Ben was extremely helpful and proactive and sorted everything out so that I received the headphones in good time.

Hifiheadphones site doesnt know how to fill out customs form causing massive unessecary fees to recieve item at postal office and after 1 week of no changes to fee or attempts to rectify the problem with Posten.no i i just returned it and got a refund :)

"Faulty items, no refund, return at own cost - AVOID"
Ordered headphones from them.
Arrived damaged. Contacted them, they sent a non-paid label for return.
I had to pay £12 out of my pocket to return the faulty item. I asked for them to refund this, which they declined claiming that they'd have sent a prepaid label. They DID NOT do this.
After returning the item, providing tracking, there is still no refund to be fund for the £300+ item or my return costs.
Luckily purchased through amazon, so reported them and filed a claim. Avoid at all cost, dishonest vendor.

I bought some Lypertek Pureplay Z7 headphones, in a reconditioned state. One bud would not pair. They replaced them without any quibble. The second pair also had an issue. Turns out the manufacturer "reset" info wasn't right and Hifiheadphones support member was able to give me the right info. Very happy now - thank you for good customer support and patience.

"Poor customer service."
Purchased an item, messaged on the day asking to cancel as I had purchased the wrong one. Message saying they were closed and called and got same message. When they returned 2 weeks later, they have refunded but refused to refund shipping as I apparently did not try hard enough to contact them before it was shipped. Will not use again, awful customer service.

I've recently had some issues with a headset that I bought, through no fault of hifi.
The return/warranty process has been second to none. Prepaid labels sent to me and same day helpful responses. It's rare to find a company with such incredible customer service nowadays, but these guys are completely nailing it!
