"If it's not a simple fix don't call."

I used this company to try and fix a built-in cooker hood, the engineer who attended site while I am sure he was electricaly competant did not have a clue how to check, investigate or even take the apliance apart! He left having told me what I already know "yes the power is on but it's not working" and said"I will have to go away and research the product and get back to you", that was the last I heard from him and I am now trying to canel the contract and get my money back. Repair Network are doing their best not to refund the money, at present they are winning.
Update, 16/11/21, after many calls the company have now agreed to refund the payment and apologised for the experience, I will update again when/if the money arrives.
Update, 25/11/21, refund received, so not all bad and have updated review to 2 star, would still not use Repair Network for a complicated repair and the difference in professionalism between the engineer from my new supplier and the Repair Network was very noticeable (new supplier had branded workwear, covid policy, mask, test equipment etc. )

"Fridge freezer not working correctly…"

Fridge freezer not working correctly phoned repair network discussed problem and they arranged for engineer to fix it all sorted within 48 hours of original phone call would definitely recommend this company many thanks nigel

"Fantastic service - efficient and prompt."

We had absolutely fantastic service. Fault was fixed and in the prescribed time. Could not speak highly enough of the engineer. He was polite efficient and basically brilliant. I must also say I found the team fir booking the appointment really fantastic too.

Had my boiler serviced. The tradesman was so polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He gave me fabulous advice about my appliance and was clean and tidy. Very satisfied customer!

"Good experience"

Barbara at Repair Network explained fully what options were available for the repair to my De Dietrich larder fridge and appointed an engineer to contact me and he did so later that day.
The engineer ,Des, arrived a few days later and was efficient and friendly but unfortunately was unable to effect a repair as the fridge is twelve years old and apparently obsolete. I am disappointed that such an expensive item as De Dietrich build in obsolescence after such a relatively short period of time.
Both Barbara and Des were most helpful and the only constructive criticism that I would make is that the system does not allow for a definite repair appointment to be made.
